Branch Head Employee of the Applicant as a Receiver to seize and deliver the Vehicle/Machine BAJAJ MOTORS, BAJAJ MAXIMA Z LPG BS6 bearing Vehicle Engine No.AZXWSK38362, Chassis No.MD2B74BX2SWK00331 and Registration No. RJ07PB8229 to the custody of the Applicant, available at the Respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the receiver to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitration is pending. It is further submitted that the private notice issued to the respondent has been served, but the vehicle is yet to be seized by the party receiver.
2. Even though notice is served, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court and oppose this application.
3. In view thereof, the order, dated 21.08.2026 is made absolute.
