O R D E R

[ORAL] Per Justice Narendra Kumar Johari, Member(J):- Shri J.K. Karn, learned counsel for the applicant is present. Digitally signed by SURYAROOP KABI SURYAR OOP KABI

-2- OA/050/00741/2026

Shri M.D. Dwivedi, ld. Addl. Standing Counsel on receipt of advance copy of O.A. has appeared for the opposite parties.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for applicant without mentioning his case on merit has submitted that the applicant has given a representation on 26.10.2026 (Annexure-A/5) to the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance which is still pending before the authority concerned. Learned counsel for applicant further submitted that applicant is hopeful that if his representation is considered and decided by the authority concerned in accordance with the law/rules, his grievance at this stage shall be redressed. He further submitted that this OA may be disposed of with direction to the opposite parties/competent authority to consider and decide the said pending representation as per rule/law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a specific time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties raised no objection to the submission of counsel for applicant.

5. However, by considering the innocuous prayer of the applicant for disposal of his representation in accordance with law and rules, the present OA is disposed of, without entering into the merit of the case, with direction to the opposite party/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant dated 26.10.2026 (Annexure-A/5) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of thirty days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

6. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Sd/- (Kumar Rajesh Chandra) (Justice Narendra Kumar Johari) Member (A) Member(J) Srk. Digitally signed by SURYAROOP KABI SURYAR OOP KABI
