Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 8789 of 2026, titled M/S MSC Roads and Bridges (P) Ltd. vs. State of H.P. & others, decided on 03.08.2026.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the Office Order dated 24.10.2026, whereby the representation of the present petitioner stands decided.

Since the directions passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 03.08.2026 stands fully complied with, the present petition is ordered to be closed, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the said order before the competent court of law, if so advised.
