Vide order dt. 03.09.2026 a week's time was granted to the applicant for filing rejoinder to the written statement, but till date same has not been filed. Counsel for the applicant submits that rejoinder is ready but to his clerk's mistake the same couldn't be filed. He submitted that he would file the same within two days. Aforesaid prayer is not objected to by the counsel for the opposite parties. In view of above, let the rejoinder be filed within two days, failing which the opportunity to file rejoinder shall be treated as closed. List on 03.12.2026.
