CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 10 O.A./344/2026 (PATNA) [ TRANSFER ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 6 Order Dated: 29/10/2026 PRAMOD KUMAR SINGH Vs EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. A. K. Sharma For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. T. N. Thakur, CGSC, Mr. G. K. Agarwal, ASC Order of The Tribunal Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Tribunal has perused the record and finds that, following the filing of the Original Application, written statement, rejoinder and subsequent reply to the rejoinder, the matter was admitted for final hearing. At the stage of consideration, learned counsel for the respondents raised an objection regarding the filing of a second rejoinder by the applicant, along with certain documents marked as RJ-2 and RJ-3, which, according to the respondents, required clarification from the department. Accordingly, the Bench had granted an opportunity to the respondents to file their reply to the second rejoinder. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the reply to the second rejoinder has been filed and that a copy thereof is being supplied to learned counsel for the applicant across the Bar. In view of the above, the pleadings stand completed. No further pleadings or documents shall be permitted to be brought on record. Since the matter already stands admitted for final hearing, the same is reiterated and the matter is directed to be listed for final hearing on 27.11.2026.
