CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 17 O.A./74/2020 (PATNA) [ RETIRAL BENEFITS ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 20 Order Dated: 29/10/2026 BACHICHI DEVI Vs BHARAT SANCHAL NIGAM LIMITED

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Jyoti Ranjan Jha For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. T. N. Thakur, Sr. CGSC, Mr. A. K. Dubey Order of The Tribunal Heard learned counsel for the parties. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. A. K. Dubey, submits that a similar matter has already been adjudicated by the Hon’ble High Court and that the decision therein is stated to be in favour of the respondents. However, he is presently unable to place a copy of the said judgment on record and, accordingly, seeks a short adjournment for the purpose. In the interest of justice and to avoid any order which will run contrary to the previously decided issue by a superior judicial forum in similar matter, the request for adjournment is allowed. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to ensure that a copy of the aforesaid judgment is placed on record positively on or before the next date of hearing.

In view of the above, list the matter for final hearing on 03.12.2026.
