CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 14 O.A./959/2024 (PATNA) [ RETIREMENT BENEFIT ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 16 Order Dated: 29/10/2026 SUMAN DEVI Vs EASTERN RAILWAY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. M. P. Dixit For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. A. K. Mantu, ASC Order of The Tribunal Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel Mr. M. P. Dixit apprises the Bench that he has obtained a No Objection Certificate from the erstwhile counsel for the applicant to appear on behalf of the applicant in the present Original Application. He, accordingly, seeks a short adjournment to enable him to complete the requisite procedural formalities, including the filing of a duly executed Vakalatnama, so as to formally come on record and proceed with the matter. Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection to the aforesaid prayer. Considering the submissions made and in order to afford the newly engaged counsel an opportunity to complete the necessary procedural formalities, the prayer for adjournment is allowed.

In view of the above, list the matter for further consideration on 12.11.2026.
