Order
The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 30175 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that a Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred before the First Bench in L.P.A.No. 28 of 2026, challenging the order dated 24.07.2026 passed by this Court in Cont.P. No. 694 of 2026 and the operation of the said order has been stayed by the First Bench on 06.08.2026.
