Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 05.10.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elem), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (H.P.), which is taken on record.

2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the claim of the petitioners has been considered and they have been allowed higher pay stage of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. submit budget demand of arrears to the office of Deputy Director of School Education (Elem), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (H.P.) at the earliest.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 08.05.2026, passed in CWP No.5703 of 2026, titled, Ram Chander and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to take an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
