ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr. S.C. Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent contemnors would submit that they have complied with the order and they have settled the pensionary benefits to the writ petitioner as has been directed by this Court in WP(MD)No.25393 of 2018 vide order dated 5th December 2019 and he had also filed a Calculation Memo in this regard. This is being disputed and objected by the writ petitioner. If at all the petitioner is not satisfied with the Calculation Memo, liberty is given to the petitioner to independently challenge the same.
