Counsel for the applicant has submitted that though the applicant worked in an officiating capacity as SDI(P) and CI yet he is entited for pay of the I.P.O. cadre. He has further submitted that he will submit the legal position in this regard within two weeks. Counsel for the Opposite Parties has not objected to the prayer.
