CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 5 O.A./754/2025 (PATNA) [ INCREMENT ] With M.A./638/2025 CONDONATION OF DELAY Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 5 Order Dated: 29/10/2026 RAM PRAVESH KUMAR Vs DEPTT OF POSTS

For Applicant(s) Advocate : None

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri A.K. Mantu, ASC Order of The Tribunal None for the applicant. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents seerks one more opportunity to file additional reply to MA No. 638/2025 which was filed by the counsel for applicant for condonation of delay. It was clearly observed on the last date that this reply is very relevant because the issue that has been raised by the applicant in the OA as per Annexure A/6 dated 06.04.2024, which is stated to be the option submitted by the applicant, is time barred. Hence, the learned counsel for the respondents was directed to address this specific issue of condonation of delay by way of a written reply as this will become germane to the issue in hand for adjudication of this very OA. By way of indulgence, one more opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents to file reply to the MA.

Fix the matter on 26.11.2026 for further consideration. KUMAR RAJESH CHANDRA Member (A) Suryaroop Kabi ( ps )
