3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is at the stage of cross examination of PW1.
4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that the petition has been pending from the year 2023, there shall be a direction to the learned Family Court, Cuddalore, to dispose of GOP No.69 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
