This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge at Poonamallee, to dispose of OS No. 2 of 2012 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is at the stage of continuation of examination of DW3
4. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and also of the fact that the suit has been pending from the year 2012, there shall be a direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of OS No.2 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction.
