ORDER
By an order dated 22.09.2026, while ordering notice in the application, an order of injunction was granted by this Court to freeze the bank account of the first respondent with the fifth respondent bearing account no. 360502000000101 and IFSC Code IOBA0003605, to an extent of Rs. 52,04,763/-.
2. In spite of service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear before the Court and oppose the application.
3. In view thereof, the interim order dated 22.09.2026 is made absolute.
