The concerned DDO is directed to furnish a detailed compliance report by the next date indicating whether the salary of respondent no. 2 has been attached or not, in terms of order dated 08.07.2026 of this Tribunal by virtue of which salary of respondent no. 2 was directed to be withheld and a copy of the said order was also provided to the concerned DDO.
