Order
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: “To direct respondent to dispose the petitioner’s representation dated 03.08.2026 and consequently initiate departmental proceedings against the medical officials of the Government Eye Hospital, Egmore.”
2. The learned Government Advocate reports that the petitioner’s representation has been considered, an enquiry has been conducted, and a final report has been issued, stating that the surgeries performed on 14.12.2021 and 16.12.2021 were as per protocol.
