2 now completed his normal tenure of three years at his current place of posting, therefore, he is desirous of being transferred to a particular place, i.e., Government Senior Secondary School Rajwari, Education Block Balh, District Mandi, against the vacancy of Lecturer (Chemistry).

3. The petitioner admittedly is not serving in any hard/tribal/difficult/sub-cadre area. He is not entitled for posting at his preferred station. No special circumstance for seeking such transfer has been pointed out. Therefore, his request seeking transfer to a specific station is misconceived. There is no merit in the petition, and the same is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
