Due to petitioner's posting at a distant place, it is difficult for the petitioner to take care of his wife.
3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the representation at Annexure P-2 itself discloses that petitioner's wife is also serving as lecturer at GSSS, Tawan, District Mandi. Distance between Tawan and the petitioner's place of posting is around 20 km. To a query of the Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's wife, in any case, has completed her normal tenure and, therefore is liable to be transferred in accordance with law, in view of her disability.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage, as the petitioner along with his wife intend to represent to the competent authority for their suitable adjustment.
Granting such liberty, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
