Order
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.11.2025 passed by the respondent.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of this petition, the impugned demand was dropped. Hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this petition. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
