This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the letter /impugned order dated 11.09.2025 vide proceedings in Ka.No.U.Po/E
and P/Kundrathur Rural/Ko.complaint /A.No.143/25-26 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to not to provide new electricity connection in the name of the 4th respondent for the house comprised in S.F.No.10/3(Old S.F.No.10/1) of Kollacherry Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

Order
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: “To call for the records relating to the letter /impugned order dated 11.09.2025 vide proceedings in Ka.No.U.Po/E and P/Kundrathur Rural/Ko.complaint /A.No.143/25-26 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to not to provide new electricity connection in the name of the 4th respondent for the house comprised in S.F.No.10/3(Old S.F.No.10/1) of Kollacherry Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. It is reported by the learned Standing Counsel that the application submitted by the 4th respondent for providing new electricity service connection has been cancelled by the authorities. Therefore, the relief that the petitioner claims has been granted.
