2. Petitioner is serving as Staff Nurse at Civil Hospital, Udaipur, District Lahaul & Spiti, H.P. Her case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard area, she preferred a representation on 17.09.2026 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No. 2, but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.

2 authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules and applicable transfer policy within four weeks from today.
