2. Petitioner’s case is that that on account of medical condition of his son, he has preferred a representation on 01.10.2026 (Annexure P-2) to Respondent No. 2 seeking his transfer and suitable adjustment, but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.
4. Looking into the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
