Coram:

Ms. Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?1 For the Petitioner: Mr. Dixit Sahotra, Advocate. For the respondents: Mr. Sikander Bhushan, Deputy Advocate General.

Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that material pleadings are lacking in this writ petition. Form of the petition is also entirely different than it should be. The relief clause is also defective and order required to be challenged has not been assailed in the petition. Therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law after incorporating appropriate pleadings and challenging appropriate order. Granting such permission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
