Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the competent official respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd respondent/ competent appellate authority to take up and expeditiously dispose of the appeal dated 5.12.2025
preferred against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent , namely the Revenue Divisional officer, Namakkal in Na.Ka.No. 5930/ 2021/ A2 dated 7.11.2025 as well as the petition/ representation dated 25.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner bearing Grievance ID No. TNREVINMKT/ COLLMGDP/ 25MAY26/
17733311 after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties and by passing a reasoned and speaking final order in accordance with law and within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble court and thereafter to take consequential action in accordance with law in respect of the Government Poramboke/ Natham land comprised in Natham Survey no. 390/ 16
corresponding to Old survey No. 30/1 Varadharajapuram village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District including action relating to the encroachment and the proceedings dated 7.11.2025 in the light of the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by this Honble court in WP No. 16264 of 2021 and 16268/2021 connected matters.
