ORDER
This writ petition is admitted and disposed of, subject to certain directions and the petitioner remitting a separate Court fee for the second relief sought.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned orders passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Chennai in EPFA No. 101 of 2023 and EPFA No. 6 of 2024, respectively. Earlier, the first respondent proceeded against the petitioner under Section 14(B) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, issuing two separate orders dated 08.06.2023 and 22.11.2023.
