WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT

For Applicant(s) Advocate : NONE

For Respondent(s) Advocate : MOHAMMAD RAIS UD DIN GANAIE, DY. AG

Order of The Tribunal

1. Despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of applicant, either in person or through virtual mode.

2. Further, none had appeared for the applicant in the present matter on 08.07.2026 and 18.09.2026. It is the duty of the petitioner/litigant to be vigilant and pursue his case diligently. He is required to cause his appearance on the due date of hearing.

3. The applicant has remained unrepresented for the last two consecutive dates of hearing and even today not appeared before this Court. Even the facility of advancing arguments through virtual mode has not been availed of. This persistent absence leaves this Tribunal with no option but to presume that the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter.

4. In view of the above, O.A. No. 326/2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the cause still subsists in accordance with law, and subject to just exceptions from the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the O.A along with all connected M.As, if any, shall stand disposed of. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.

6. The file shall be consigned to record after due completion. Justice Ritu Tagore Member (J) Jagdish ( ps consultant )
