ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted a copy of the notice dated 12.10.2026 issued under Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.
2. In view of the fact that enforcement action has already been commenced by following the procedures as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, no further consideration is required. However, the respondents shall proceed with the enforcement action by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act and by affording opportunity to the parties and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
