complaint deserves to be closed. Accordingly, he has closed the complaint on 13.09.2026. Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar further adds that the two-wheeler – Hero Passion Pro, bearing Reg. No.TN-18-AY4021, has been returned to the petitioner. As the complaint has been enquired and closed, no further orders are necessary. In case the petitioner still has a grievance, it is left open to him to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court by way of a private complaint.
