1. Despite calls, none has caused appearance on behalf of the applicant, either in person or through virtual mode.
2. The instant M.A 1445/2026, has been filed by the applicant seeking preponement of the date fixed in TA No. 147/2024, on the grounds mentioned therein. However, nobody has caused appearance either in person or through virtual mode to pursue the matter. As such, the applicant is no more interested to pursue the matter.
3. Perusal of the record reveals that the applicant has filed M.A No. 1342/2026, for the same purpose, which has been allowed by this Tribunal vide order dated 16.10.2026.
4. Accordingly, the instant M.A is dismissed for want of prosecution.
