1. The applicant has filed the instant M.A./1442/2026 seeking withdrawal of the main O.A./677/2026 along with C.P./191/2026 stating therein that the grievances of the applicant is likely to be redressed by the respondents themselves.
2. In view of the limited prayer made, coupled with the averments made in the M.A., prayer is allowed.
3. The O.A./677/2026 and C.P./191/2026 is allowed to be withdrawn, however, with a liberty to the applicant to file afresh, in case cause survives.
4. Interim directions, if any, shall vacated and the contempt notices also stand discharged.
