1. The applicant has filed the instant M.A. seeking preponement of date of hearing in main C.P. which is otherwise fixed for hearing on 19.11.2026.
2. Mr. B. A. Zargar, however, objected for the reasons that the date scheduled is not far given the heavy no. of cases, as such, submits that the M.A. be dismissed with costs.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was fixed on earlier hearings also but the the same was in adjourned list.
4. What appears is that the case is of the year 2025, and this Court if flooded with cases which are even 20-25 years old along with the cases which have been transferred from Hon'ble High Court to this Court, as such, we prioritising the old cases first.
5. In view of the submissions made coupled with the averments made, prayer is allowed.
6. At the consensus of learned counsel for the parties, list main C.P./367/2025 on 16.11.2026.
7. Accordingly, M.A./1439/2026 is allowed.
