PRAYER: S.9 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pursuant to the original impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent except para No. 4 in Na.Ka.No.
22685/2023/GAz dated 06.08.2024 and consequential impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3571/2022/u7
dated 27.09.2024 and quash the same as illegal pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
Challenging the orders of recovery, dated 06.08.2024 and 27.09.2024, the petitioner, an employee of the respondent Department has approached this Court.
2. Today when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced a copy of the petitioner’s representation, dated 05.09.2024, in which, the petitioner has given an undertaking permitting recovery of the amount consequent upon the revision effected by way of a proceedings of the Director of Municipal Administration dated 06.08.2024.
3. In view of the undertaking already given by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Considering that the petitioner has approached this Court after having given the undertaking, this Court was inclined to dismiss the
WP(MD) No. 2885 of 2025 writ petition with costs. However, on the persuasion of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed without costs.
