ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. It appears that there is some factual confusion. The survey number mentioned by the writ petitioner does not appear to be the place of encroachment that he has in mind.
