Accordingly, subject to payment of cost to the tune of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited, within one week, in the CAT Library Fund Account, details wherof can be had from the Court Master of this court, this M.A 1876/2025 is allowed. 03/ In the above backdrop, M.A 1875/2025 is taken on record and is, accordingly, disposed of, restoring the main T.A. 1814/2021 to its original number, which shall be listed for consideration before the court on 19-11- 2026. 04/ Both the M.As 1876/2025 & 1875/2025 shall stand disposed of accordingly.
