Status report filed on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 would go on to show that the respondent-Corporation had ensured the continuity of LPG supply by transferring the consumers of the suspended distributorship to the nearby distributors namely M/s Rajindra HP Gas Gramin Vitrak and M/s Maa Durg Gas Service on 02.04.2026, which was within two days of the suspension.

2. Learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has instructions not to press the present writ petition. An affidavit of Sh. Mahinder Singh has also been placed on record being Special Power of Attorney Holder of petitioner-Bimla Devi being husband, affirming that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.
3. Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion that closure can be given to the present Public Interest Litigation. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
