Today when matter is taken up Mr.J.Adiban Vidhyakar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the connected WA(MD) No.39 of 2020 filed by the same petitioner was dismissed by the Honourable Division Bench on 17.06.2025 and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. __________
