Heard both sides.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that survey for the petition-mentioned survey number was already conducted on 19.04.2025. Survey is proposed to be held only for Survey Nos.792/2A, 792/2B2 and 796/3.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the private parties are proposed to fence the land with the aid of the Police. I make it clear that __________

WP(MD) No. 30400 of 2026 unless there is a decree favouring the fourth respondent, the jurisdictional Police will not give protection for putting up any fence.
