ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the complainant in Crime No.17 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeking for expeditious filing of the final report.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, Mistake of Fact report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy on 20.02.2022.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to serve the notice upon the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
