ORDER
Claiming an order setting aside the order dated 21.11.2019 made in Crl.A.No.75 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaur reversing the order dated 28.05.2019 made in C.C.No.545 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Karur, the revision petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision.
2. In view of the order passed in Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 22498 of 2026, permitting the parties to compound the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed before this Court. The same has been perused, and this Court is satisfied with its contents.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed, and the order of conviction passed in Crl.A.No. 75 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karur, is hereby set aside. The revision petitioner is set at liberty and bail bond if any shall stand cancelled.
