The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of order, dated 15.10.2025, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 13466/2024.
Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record, copy of office order, dated 12.09.2026, whereby the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, has sanctioned additional fund of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of the executing agency, i.e. Assistant Engineer, Zila Parishad, Solan for construction of the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? road in question. He, on instructions, has submitted that entire process shall be carried out expeditiously and the order, as passed by this Court, shall be taken to its logical end within six weeks from today. His statement is taken on record.
In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, however, as prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition, in case her grievance still remains unaddressed. Notices are discharged.
5. The respondents to file compliance report on or before 30.10.2026.
6. The petition stands disposed of.
