Judgment
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) When the appeal was called in the morning, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. With an intention of giving one more opportunity to the appellants, the appeal was passed over and called once again at 1.25pm at which time also there was no presentation for the appellants. None appears for the respondent either. Hence, we have no other option but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
