JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this Court, by an order dated 21.02.2022, transferred the case to the Family Court, Thiruvallur and the Family Court, Thiruvallur has already disposed of the case and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
2. In view of the above submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (N.S.K.,J.) (D.L.,J.) 16-10-2026 gpa
