Haripal, Judicial Member Today when taken up, Ms. Anulakshmi L representing Smt. Rekha Vasudevan, learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the currency of penalty imposed on the applicant in his capacity as GDS has already expired and he has joined as Postman. So the O.A has become infructuous, it was submitted.
