Order

The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 22.08.2026 calling for the application for the appointment of non hereditary trustees for a temple. The said notice was issued pursuant to the scheme that was formed while disposing of the original petition No.11/2023/A1, dated 29.01.2026. The notice was issued in accordance with the framed scheme.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he falls under the Scheduled Community category, but his community is not shown in the list of eligible candidates for appointment to the post of non-hereditary trustee.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the scheme framed while disposing of the original petition No.11/2023/A1, dated 29.01.2026 is erroneous. The said orders are in violation of Rule 50 and 7 (A)

(1) of the HR & CE Act.

WP No. 41519 of 2026

4. Since the impugned notice was passed pursuant to the order dated 29.01.2026 any grievance of the petitioner can be agitated by questioning the said orders passed in the said original petition. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the scheme by filing an appeal before the HR & CE Department, where the questions can be raised under Section 69, ibid. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Connected M.Ps are closed. Costs made easy. K.SURENDER J. 16-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No VCA To,
