O R D E R (Oral):- Per: Justice Sunil Thomas, Judicial Member We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. the learned ASGI and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. Though the learned ASGI opposed the prayer for interim relief on the premise that administrative exigencies should override the personal interests and that the applicant has completed 36 years of service at Kavaratti. We find that a prima facie case is made out by the applicant substantially for the reason that she is due for retirement in 2027. We also take note that the applicant has submitted a request for voluntary retirement, which is pending.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider Annexure A-3 representation submitted by the applicant herein. Having due regard to the observation made by us, appropriate orders shall be passed by the competent authority among the respondents on Annexure A-3, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Though the learned ASGI submitted

A X Sherin that the applicant has been relieved, we are not inclined to accept it. Order of transfer in relation to the applicant will stand deferred till the date of order.

4. The OA is disposed of as above. No costs. (Dated, 30th October, 2026)
