CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 29 O.A./539/2026 (LAKSHADWEEP) [ TRANSFER ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 1 Order Dated: 30/10/2026 JABIR HUSSAIN MK Vs UNION TERRITORY For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. P. Sreekumar, ASGI, Mr. Prenjith Kumar K.S. Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Admit. Mr. P. Sreekumar, learned ASGI and Mr. Prenjith Kumar K.S, learned Standing Counsel took notice for the respondents. Prima facie, we do not find any reasonable ground to interfere with the transfer order. However, our attention has been drawn to the relieving order issued hurriedly on 29.10.2026. Since the OA was filed yesterday and posted today for instructions to this day, such an order should not have been issued. Post on 01.12.2026 for filing detailed objection.
