(common order). The O.A. was heard and taken for orders on 30.09.2026. However, it was posted today on the request of the learned Counsel for the applicant. According to the applicants, pursuant to the order of this Tribunal dated 01.04.2026 directing the repondents to consider the case of granting the benefit to the miscellaneous applicants in the light of Annexure A2 and A4 mentioned therein, an order was passed and the order dated 13.10.2026 has been served on the applicants in MA./326/2026. The order served on the miscellaneous applicants is produced along with a memo. Learned Counsel on both sides were heard. The purpose of bringing up the matter was to bring to the notice of order of this Tribunal that, by the said order, the claim of the applicants have been declined citing procedural irregularities and not on non eligibility. According to the applicants, hence the said reliefs as sought in the relief no. 1 may be granted. Reserved for orders.
