Manmadan SCGC Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Though the learned Counsel for the applicant pressed for an interim relief, having taken note of the fact that the applicant has approached this Tribunal almost two months after the issuance of the transfer order, we are not inclined to grant any interim relief at this stage. It is submitted by the learned SCGSC submitted that after issuance of Annexure A-6, the applicant is on unauthorised leave. In answer to our query as to whether a contract employee is liable to be transferred to other stations, learned SCGSC invited our attention to clause 9(4) of Annexure A1, which empowers the respondents to transfer a contract employee to any other station within a period of engagement. Post on 07.12.2026 for filing objection, if any, to the interim relief and for filing reply statement . V RAMA MATHEW MEMBER (A) JUSTICE SUNIL THOMAS MEMBER (J) Reshmi R ( )
