Order
The grievance of the petitioner is that summon was issued by the first respondent directing the petitioner herein to give an explanation and to file other documents of defence. However, the nature of allegations and the documents supporting those allegations for which the summons are issued were not furnished to the petitioner herein. Pursuant to the said summons, the petitioner appeared in person on 08.10.2026 at 10:00 a.m, her signature was obtained acknowledging her attendance and the petitioner was informed that the next date of proceedings would be informed later.
2. In any proceeding, the principle of natural justice has to be followed. An enquiry cannot be conducted arbitrarily, and a person who is summoned must be informed of the reasons for the same.
